Welcome to SVFSC Virtual Testing! Here you can find all necessary video requirements, links to forms and general information. Please review all information before registering and recording to be sure you are complying with all USFS requirements. Virtual test fees are $45 for members and $60 for non-members (not including any EntryEeze/Admin fees).

Please note that Sun Valley Company does not allow recording virtual tests on their regularly scheduled freestyle or general skating sessions. As well, USFS does not allow more than 8 skaters on the ice at the time of recording. If you are a club member planning on submitting a virtual test through SVFSC then please have your coach notify virtualtestchair@sunvalleyfsc.org to discuss recording ice options.

Virtual Test Session Deadlines and Information:

• Register via Entryeeze (Direct registration buttons below for members and non-members)

• Registration Open: January 23rd

• Registration Deadline: Tuesday February 4th, 6pm MST

• Video/forms Submission deadline: Thursday February 6th, 6pm MST

• Judges review: results expected to skaters by February 14th

Forms and Instructions:

• Please review USFS Virtual Testing Video Requirements before recording.

  • Videos must be recorded in LANDSCAPE mode from start to finish. If you start in portrait mode and switch to landscape mode the video flips when viewing and is unacceptable for judges.

  • Please ZOOM in to your skater to a level that can be maintained throughout the recording. USFS does not allow zooming in and out, but staying zoomed in to allow better viewing for the judges IS acceptable.​​​

• Names and Likeness form and Performance Affidavit are BOTH required for virtual tests.

• Permission form (Required for non-members and can be uploaded at the end of registration on EntryEeze)

NEW REQUIREMENT!! As of November 21st, USFS requires a placard at the start of every video stating skater name, test being taken, host club and date of test. Download a copy HERE.

 

**Please note - for authorized refunds on canceled tests we are unable to include the convenience fee that we still incur for those tests
